The Operational Programme ‘Competitiveness’ includes support for commercial businesses in all sectors, allowing them to participate in a range of actions (among others: incentives for private
investments in energy; promotion of SME networking/clustering; organizational modernization of SMEs leading to accreditation; operation of the Small and Micro Enterprise Loan Guarantee Fund TEMPME;
actions to support entrepreneurship; occupational training actions).
The Programme also supports the commercial sector through two actions: one involves the existing General Commercial
Register; the other a new Register of Public Sector Suppliers.
